We recently went on a date to the OXO Tower on the Southbank. I would definitely recommend going there for drinks or dinner. We had such a great night walking along the Thames, sipping drinks, listening to live music and enjoying the VIEW! Keeping the romance alive:)!!
These photos were taken by the talented Evie Winter a couple months ago. We had a lot of fun taking these photos! I love having these moments documented as our family is about to change forever so soon!!
Just to note, I am about twice this size now:).
More big news for our family...
After a lot of thought and prayer, we have decided to move to the states. It's such a big move and has been such a hard decision... London is where Adrian and I met, fell in love, started a family, and have built a life together. We have such dear friends here and we love our church and local community (most of our friends live within a 5 minute walk as is our church). But, with a growing family we are finding the lack of space and the distance from family really challenging. We looked into lots of different options in order to stay in London, but in the end have decided that we are ready to give the states a try!
It has been amazing to see God answer prayer after prayer. The biggest one has been that Adrian has gotten a job teaching in Indianapolis. We are moving out of London at the end of July and he starts in Indy early August.
We didn't think that having a baby was going to keep us busy enough this summer so we thought we would throw in moving country. As you can imagine it's all been a bit crazy (and it's only going to get crazier!), but we continue to feel at peace about all the change and excited about this upcoming adventure.
We would so appreciate your prayers!
This shirt says it all - we are an international family and our hearts will always be in both countries!

While my brother Stephen was visiting we decided to go to Wahaca for dinner. Known for it's Mexican street food, it is one of those places I have wanted to go to for ages. The serve food in small plates, tapas style, that are great for sharing. We tried pork pibil, chicken tinga and steak tacos, chorizo and potato quesadillas, black bean tostados, and a side of sweet potatoes. It was all so good especially the sweet potatoes! We also had churros y chocolate for dessert... yummy! As you can see from the last picture, Samuel enjoyed them too:). I would definitely recommend Wahaca for a fun evening out (just get there early as a line forms quickly).
It may be BUSY AS ANYTHING but there is something so special about the flower market on Columbia Rd that makes it my favorite place to visit on a Sunday. Flowers + great coffee + live music + fantastic, independent shops = Bliss! A definite place to venture to if you haven't been to before!
