Tues: Vegetable soup and rolls
Wed: Leftover vegetable soup and rolls
Thurs: Sweet potato falafels
Fri: Dinner at a friend's house (so nice to not have to cook!!!)
Sat breakfast: Egg on English muffins
Sat lunch: Leftover falafels
Sat Dinner: Moroccan chick pea and chicken stew (will work on posting the recipe)
Sun lunch: Tortilla pizza
Sunday dinner: Leftover from Sunday night
