Me at 21 weeks with our baby BOY (these were taken a couple of weeks ago).
We started the morning in St James park where the most embarrassing thing happened.... do you see the pond in the photo above? Well I took an unplanned dip in it! My water bottle fell in to the lake and the next thing I knew instead of just reaching for the bottle I had slipped in to the lake and was up to my waste in water. Adrian said there was a collective gasp around me. Lets just say it wasn't my most graceful moment and not the best start to a day out (I was SOPPING WET!), but it was still a fantastic day:)!
We got a night away - just the two of us!!! Actually we had 22 long hours away and it was wonderful! I have wanted to do something like this for a while but just wanted to make sure that Samuel would be okay with out us. And he was! My in laws kindly watched him and they said he asked for us twice and they told him the city we were in and he seemed satisfied with the answer:). I would definitely recommend a getaway- we enjoyed a walk, time in the pool/spa, good food, and I especially loved all the time we had to talk. It was like a months worth of dates in one day. I wonder if we could get another one in before our little peanut arrives!
Ingredients:
3 c. flour
1.5 c salt
6 tsp cream of tartar
3 tbsp. oil
3 c. water
food coloring
food coloring
Stir play dough continuously over low heat until the mixture becomes thicker and begins to form a ball. Take out of the pan and knead the food coloring in (I divided mine in to several balls so that we could have varied colors).
Store in an airtight container.
Have fun!

We wrapped up warm today to meet up with a friend near Green Park. Warm drinks were had as well as some running around the park.
More importantly, how amazing is the hat he is wearing:)?! It was actually mine as a child and I've always referred to as the peanut hat. I could not believe my mom had saved it. I'll have to get my mom to send me a picture of me wearing the hat as a kiddo.

It's a frosty but beautifully sunny day here in London. It makes me want to snuggle up and do something crafty. I think tonight I'll do some sewing as I still have a Christmas gift to finish up... Oops:)! Hot cocoa will definitely be on the agenda.
A gorgeous house tour
